Traiteur Grand pays particular attention to the aesthetic pleasure of its dishes and presentations. Buffets and meals are first enjoyed through the eyes. Our live culinary presentations are designed to give guests even greater pleasure when they taste the food, but also to bring them closer to the product and its preparation.
Our live presentations are like mini-events within the event; they help break the ice and get people chatting and interacting. The product is presented as it is, « naturally ». Depending on the dish presented, the guests choose what they want, make their own kebab, select their condiments, etc. The culinary presentation becomes a special moment. A moment of discovery and choice. The chef is on hand to give details about the product, explain where it comes from and the preparation process. The chef demonstrates his gestures, his skill, and gives his personal tips. During the preparation and cooking, there is a certain relationship that develops between the chef and the guests.
